See attached wastewater design report.
The outstanding fee will be $0.00214061 per square foot * 18382.32 sq ft (per cadastral property record) = $39.35
The sewer water services are acceptable as shown. I talked to Lance and we agreed this situation is not applicable to the
separation requirement.
