Site Plan Application
Dear Lacie,
On behalf of the applicant, Four Fly Fellows, LLC, we are submitting a Site Plan application for review
for The Flats Development, located on Lot 1, Block 16 of Baxter Meadows Subdivision, Ph. 2A, S34,
T01S, R05E, Plat J-383. Access to the proposed development will be from Galloway Street and a 30-ft.
wide paved alley. Site improvements include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures,
landscaping, and storm water facilities. There are existing water and sewer mains near the property that
can be utilized.
The application package has been prepared based on the conceptual review comments. A narrative of
how we addressed each comment is included in this submittal.
Included in our submittal package is one (1) copy of the following items:
Site Plan Review Fee Summary - $5,501.06 ($2,224.00 base fee + ($118/unit x 8 units)
+ ($530/1,000 sf * 4,402 sf)
