Access to the proposed development will be from Galloway Street and a 30-ft. wide paved alley. Site improvements include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping, and storm water facilities. There are existing water and sewer mains near the property that can be utilized. The application package has been prepared based on the conceptual review comments. A narrative of how we addressed each comment is included in this submittal.
