Derek,
Ben Abbey with the City Building Department responded to my question concerning his comments on the Site Plan
Review, Items 1 through 5. He was indicating that this information only needs to be in the drawings that we submit for
a building permit and did not need to be addressed relative to the Site Plan Review.
That said, this email should satisfy the City Planning Reviewer for the Building Division Comments.
At this point, the only item you mentioned that I'm not sure I'm capable of answering is the service line lay length that
John Alston noted. This is probably something that ME would need to respond to.

Good afternoon Ben,
I have a question relative to your comments on the Site Plan Application noted above. I've attached the page in question
for your reference.
Under Building Division - Your comments indicate in parenthesis in Item #1, (At Building permit submittal For Review)
For clarification. Are you requesting and/or clarifying, that when I submit for our Building Permit, you will want to see
Items 1 through 5 addressed at that time, or are you wanting to see this during the site plan approval phase?
We will certainly have items 1 through 5 addressed and indicated on our Building Permit Submittal drawings, but just
want to make sure you aren't requesting them when we submit the Site Plan drawings for final approval.
Please let me know your intention so I can respond accordingly.
