RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS,individual Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of
Deferred Development Impact Fees were entered into in association with Building Permits 16-
24655, 16-24656, 16-24657, 16-24658, 16-24659, 16-24660, 16-24661, 16-24662, 16-24663
and,
WHEREAS,the individual Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien were recorded as
documents 2567147, 2567148, 2567149, 2567150,2567151,2567152, 2567153, 2567154,
2567155 with the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder; and
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreements.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releases all of its right,title, and interest to the liens
in the real property described as: Addresses of 2508,2526, 2554,and 2584 Milkhouse Avenue
and 3871 and 3875 Kimberwicke Street and 3844, 3854, and 3864 Blondie Street, and legally
described as Lot 2, Minor Subdivision 475.
