As a Bozeman City resident, I approve of the proposed change to the noise ordinance
regarding the restriction of loud construction noise to the hours of 7am to 8pm. The
previous language allowing loud construction sounds from 6am to 10pm has been
frustrating for many Bozeman residents; it is just too much to mentally bear for those of
us who live near these sites.
