Please describe your professional and personal experiences, interest, and qualifications that make you
a good fit for this board.
I currently serve as the Business Development Director for Prospera Business Network. I oversee the
business advising, trainings, marketing, and fundraising for our organization. Prospera is host to the
nationally award-winning Montana Women’s Business Center where I have counseled more than 600
female business owners throughout the state of Montana and an additional 500 business owners in
southwest Montana in the last five years.
I currently serve and volunteer on the Montana Ambassadors state board and I am the Vice Chair for the
Bozeman Chapter. I am also actively involved with the Montana Economic Development Association
(MEDA), the Bozeman Connect and 406 Networking groups, and assist with the Girls on the Run program
through Thrive. I won the “20 under 40 years old” award in Southwest Montana in 2018 and the “Montana
Ambassador of the Year” in 2020.
Each day, I work with business owners to address housing, workforce development, childcare and economic
development. Simply put, people like working with me because I work toward a common goal and get
things done. My professional career paired with living in Bozeman for 22 years, makes me a strong
candidate for the Economic Vitality Board.
The City of Bozeman strongly values diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Describe any efforts you have
engaged in to expand your understanding of DEI.
I was surveyed and interviewed for the City of Bozeman Equity Indicators Focus Group. Obviously with
overseeing the Montana Women’s Business Center, equity and inclusion are part of my work every day.
