I have been living full time in Bozeman for almost 2 years, and I am here to stay. I have extensive experience in real estate development, finance and business management. Describe any efforts you have engaged in to expand your understanding of DEI. While the COO of a mid-sized law firm in New York City, I established a diversity committee geared toward the recruitment and retention of diverse personnel.
