Greetings.
My Name is Travis and my wife and I live at 431 North Grand. I have lived in this
neighborhood and owned the home for 12 years. It's been a fantastic neighborhood and wefeel blessed to have found a home in such a great location.
I am writing this morning to voice my opposition to the proposed IVES hotel.
Over the last decade - we have literally been surrounded by new development. Some of them
have arguably been nice additions - however this is just too much - and way too close. Wehave already started to feel dramatic changes to our once quiet, historic neighborhood.
PLEASE. enough is enough. don't do this.
