It is time the city realizes that large tall, developments do not fit in well with
the narrow street, dirt alleys and small yards of the neighbohoods.
set backs, underground parking for all units, AFFORDABILITY, NO CASH
for OPEN SPACE , these allowances are only in favor of the already wealthy
developers and wealthy coming into Bozeman.
There are plenty of developers in the area, I am sure that at least one of
these can show a plan that is for the city and people... not the
commission and developer. Remember, real people with good, jobs that
assist the community also need a place to live. It does not need to be super
upscale and "any city" fancy. Keep it nice, and affordable!
I am glad that all of you have stable housing, That does not go for many in
our community.
