Dear Lisa,
Thank you for contacting the City of Bozeman. The Ives project (21165) is a site plan application and is not required to
conduct a public hearing or community meeting. The project is currently in public notice until October 1, 2021 and open for
public comment. If you would like to voice any concerns or comments about the project, you may submit a written response
with your comments or concerns to me via email and I will include them in the project record. Please note that any comments
received are considered public comments. While public notice for Block 4 specifically closes on October 1, this project and
the remainder of the North Central projects are dependent on approval of a master site plan for the entire project. The master
site plan application is still under review and has not entered the public notice period yet, so there will be additional
opportunity to provide public comments for the overall project as well, however, the master site plan does not require a public
hearing or community meeting either.
You may use the link below to access the Community Development Viewer which provides up to date information on theproject status including which phase of review the project is currently in and any related project documents. Once the North
Central Master Site Plan application moves to public notice phase, public notice information will be posted on site, mailed to
adjacent property owners within 200 feet, and will be available from the Community Development Viewer.
