To whom it may concern,
I believe the scale of this Ives building is too large; there should be more of a transition point from mixed use to
residential. Further, I believe this 6-story building goes against the community plan goal N-4, a sense of place. So
far, most every building built by Homebase has been generic large scale projects; placing a 6-story building directly
next to one and two story houses does not create a sense of place. There are better ways to transition from
business/mixed use to residential while keeping the “feel” of a place.
