I am writing to request that this application by Homebase Partners gets sent back for revisions as there are several
metrics missing that would substantiate the city permitting this development.
Namely, no housing diversity and no real visual transition from residential to mixed-use.
There is no sense of place with this building.
Inclusive of a pocket park, or some break-up of the density… even a beautiful mural by a local artist on the facade
that confronts the single family homes would do better than this proposal.
