This area is between business and residential and the proposed 6 story building is NOT
appropriate in this area.It does not transition well as it is surrounded by residential homes, and this massive structure is
not in line with community goals.The lot was residential until change fairly recently, and their proposal will not conform to our
communitys plan for inclusive, affordable housing.This area is vibrant as is, and doe not need a 172,000 square foot building to tower over existing
residences.It could be suited to townhomes, small family residences, etc. but not this MASSIVE
MONSTROSITY OF A BUILDING, which blocks all localresidences in this area.
