EMRG came into fruition in the year 2003 as a division of our IT company Comp-Pros.
Over the past years, we have gathered elite clientele from various industries and have

How We Started
EMRG started in 2003, as a division of our parent IT company, Comp-Pros. Our CEO and
founder started Comp-Pros and EMRG as a teenager to help support his family during
trying times, while also providing a solution to a pain in the market. Fast forward 17
years, EMRG is now an award-winning 5-star company that works with Fortune 500

Company Structure
Our organization and company structure includes project managers, executive staff,
developers, designers, back/front-end support, and account managers. Our divisions
include SEO, Social Media, PPC, Social Ads, Email Marketing, Reputation Management,
Website, Content, Photography/Videography, and HR. We employ several CRMs,

Understanding of the Objective
The requirements for this particular project are well-covered, with redundancy from
several team members’ abilities to skillfully execute project deliverables. Every single
project we have designed, developed, and managed, have been with a specific end-goal
in mind. Many of these projects have had the same goals of your project: to design and
create various collateral materials, and implement an appropriate marketing strategy
that will promote the programs that the City can offer. For the City of Bozeman, we will
be targeting your main audience and those who need relevant information. This is all
with the ultimate goal of developing the City’s public engagement, reporting, and
education materials, and providing them with communications support for their
Community Housing Program.
We understand that we will be providing the City with our graphic design
services—ultimately increasing public engagement through the marketing and
educational materials that we will be producing. The Graphic Design, and Marketing
Services that we will be doing for the City will include all the design features as per
the Scope of Work and this is what will convert engagement to tangible results. At the
core of each branding strategy or design there must be an underlying “why” that
showcases what makes the City unique, thus attracting the growth we will obtain
through our strategies. Over the course of the first several weeks and throughout this
project, EMRG will help the agency develop and strategize how to communicate this
branding through a new website or other forms of marketing.
Project Approach
As part of our project approach, every project that we work on follows a strict internal
timeline while ensuring that each team member adheres to the schedule of each
milestone of the project. In return, we always get the job done with the utmost quality,
precision, and punctuality. We include our timeline in each and every contract we offer
our clients, holding ourselves accountable to the highest degree. We utilize several
proprietary CRMs, cloud-based softwares, project management software, and team
communication softwares to ensure our process is streamlined and efficient.
Our hierarchy of executives, division leaders, junior division leaders, developers,
designers, and supporting staff will be immediately available for the duration of the
project and are all aligned through the use of softwares as well as our team-shared due
dates to ensure projects are delivered on time. If an internal deadline is ever missed,
several team members are automatically notified and will remedy the situation way
before it ever affects the client’s delivery date.

At EMRG, we have streamlined our process during each and every build to ensure
several objectives are met:
❖The results of our work serve their specific purpose and goal; in this case
designing the City’s public engagement, reporting, and education materials to
increase the level of engagement within their target demographic, while also
providing them with communications support,such as social media management
for their Community Housing Program.
❖All details and scope of work are completed to the “T” and delivered as
requested.
❖The best practices, techniques, design, code, and platforms are utilized for every
aspect of the project.
❖Communication is structured to be easy, open, and effective.
❖We make the process for our clients as easy and enjoyable as possible.
For this particular project, we will follow the following protocols or project milestones to
ensure we hit all our objectives above:
1.R&D - Although we are very experienced with similar institutions and its target
demographics, we are looking to serve you with our services, ensuring the
highest levels of success by having our team perform high-level due diligence
and structuring the best strategies to implement with this project.
2.Design - EMRG will present a mock-up rendering of the exact design we are
advising to develop for your collateral materials. Your staff will then review and
have the option to approve, approve with revisions, or request a new design
with notes on what to implement. This process will continue until the exact
design is finalized and approved. Historically, 93% of our first designs are
approved, with less than 1% needing more than two designs.
3.Development - This is where we will fully develop and implement the mock ups
we have presented during the design phase. These designs are for collateral
materials and digital marketing strategies. We will coordinate with our design
team to fully render and design all the deliverable within the Scope of Work,
which will ultimately head into production. During this process, we will also be
looking for creative improvements and suggestions that we will communicate to
your staff for approval.
4.Quality Assurance and Internal Requirements - Once all of the deliverables
and design have been built, we conduct an intensive quality assurance
test,wherein we will review the final designs, monitor certain strategies that
have been implemented, and proofread and edit various written works.

The design, color scheme, and layout of the collaterals will create a sense of branding
and the experience gained from viewing these will be easily recognizable as your
product. Our goal will be to effectively design newsletters, brochures, posters, fact
sheets, impact briefs, reports, social media posts, fliers, signages, advertisements, and
other communication tools while retaining the City of Bozeman’s valuable information
and communicating the important messages and programs that the City has available.
The layout and structure of the collaterals will have a scientific/data-driven approach as
well. Using our expertise and experience, we will recommend style layouts that are
more likely to encourage more online and offline conversions.
Materials/Production/Creative
Our design team will create various mock ups before the development phase of our
project implementation. These mockups will be presented to your staff for review and
feedback. Once we acquire your feedback on the matter, we will implement all the
necessary changes and send it back for finalization. Part of our proposed project
personnel are experienced designers and copywriters that will work on the collateral
materials during the implementation phase. Examples can be found on our
Portfolio/Sample Work Section of this proposal.
Branding
In order to create an eye-catching and unique style of branding, our team of designers
will first conduct their due diligence research methods to identify factors that would aid
in maximizing your reach, this includes but is not limited to your target audience, color
palettes that reflect your existing brand, how your audience reacts to certain designs
and layouts, and various other information. Moreover, historically, the branding
development that we have provided to previous clients have increased their online
engagement.
Messaging
In order to develop an effective messaging strategy that will surely get through the City’s
target audience, we will utilize the existing Needs Assessment and Housing Plan that
was conducted last year. With additional guidance from our R&D Phase and due
diligence methods, we make sure that the language and jargon that we will use will get
through the City’s target audience. The Needs Assessment, Housing Plan, and results of
the due diligence methods, are all important components that will influence the success
of the City’s overall message.
Social Media
Our team will manage your social media services in order to achieve steady fan growth
for the City. We will post engaging content and respond to users’ questions and
comments, as well as post clear and consistent information to increase engagement.
Scheduled designs and copy will be provided to those who manage your social media
accounts, ensuring that your audience is always engaged and informed.

Communication Methods
Here at EMRG, we make sure that communication and coordination with all of our
clients are clear and hassle-free. We take the communication component of each
project very seriously, making sure to always have the means to reach out to our clients
and vice versa. We are available to connect with you through all types of communication
channels and any concerns or questions that you may have can be answered via phone
call, email, and video call, as well as face-to-face meetings (if desired) 24 hours, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year. You will have a direct line to our assigned Account Manager,
Project Manager, and even COO and CEO if needed.
Our communication process has been developed to follow several very specific steps:
1.Onboarding interviews - to ensure alignment on project goals and vision.
2.Design process and mock-up - this will allow your team to review any designs,
giving specific feedback or approvals on design concepts prior to us developing.
3.Engagement - during this time we are working by ourselves to incorporate all
the notes we have already obtained along with implementing the approved
designs from your team.
4.Quality Assurance/Final review - this final period gives us an opportunity to
review everything that we have created, making fine-tune adjustments as
needed just before launch.
By following this structure, we've had great success while still keeping an open line of
communication and input coming in from our clients. We work well as a team and
would be happy to accommodate your outreach. Moreover, we send regular emails to
all assigned points of contact at your organization to ensure you are updated regularly
and kept in the loop on your project's progress.
Sample Project Timeline
For certain projects,our firm always keeps in mind the client’s intended timeline. Our
time allocation for the Planning and Project Kick-off takes up a few days to less than a
week to accomplish. This is where we will and coordinate with our clients to set project
tasks and deliverables based on the timeline of completion. This will be followed by the
R&D Phase wherein our team, in collaboration with the client’s staff, will conduct the
initial due diligence of research and drafting the initial designs of the website that both
parties envision. This phase usually takes up 1 to 2 weeks maximum, depending on the
accuracy and speed of acquiring requested materials
We will then follow this with the Design Phase, in which our team of designers will draft
the initial designs of the website and present an array of mock-ups for comments and
approval. Historically, this takes up to 2 to 3 weeks maximum depending on the
satisfaction and approval of the clients.

Once the designs have been approved for production, we will be commencing our
Development Phase. This is where we will fully develop the mock ups we have
presented during the design phase. We will coordinate with our design team to fully
render and design all the deliverable within the Scope of Work, which will ultimately
head into production. This phase usually takes up a bulk of the time and does not have
a predetermined time. The length of completion for this phase relies on the project
deliverables and requirements set during the Project Planning Phase.
We will then continue with our Quality Assurance and Internal Requirements Phase,
wherein we will check on the deliverables that we have accomplished throughout the
entire project implementation to see if everything is all set and satisfactory for the next
phase. Quality Assurance may take up 1 to 2 weeks maximum to accomplish.
Lastly, we will be implementing our Project Turnover, wherein we will provide you with
all of the materials we have developed and/or the training materials we have
established.

➢This project included a large scale tenant coordination platform, servicing over
thousands of commercial tenants and investors. This system is now the sole
program used across 400+ shopping centers in North America, replacing 6 prior
programs used in conjunction that were unable to satisfy client needs. After
streamlining and securing the tenant onboarding process for our client, we were
further contracted on recurring retainer continuing to consult, market, optimize,
manage, and automate other website and marketing processes for this
multi-billion Fortune 500 company. We have continued to maintain a strong
relationship for over 5 years because of our continuous success with this client.

II.Catholic Community Foundation Los Angeles
➢We were able to work with Catholic Community Foundation Los Angeles, which
was created in collaboration with the City of Los Angeles. This website assists the
foundation in managing hundreds of million dollars in assets for charitable
funds. EMRG was consulted to create the website, establish their brand, and
conduct a digital marketing campaign for the foundation. We have successfully
developed a marketing mix that is both socially impactful and
conversion-focused. Through these strategies, we have helped this organization
grow from a $14 million endowment to over $300 million within a few short
years.

III.Just Ride LA
➢Just Ride LA engaged with EMRG for a total revamp of their existing website and
a sustainable and highly effective marketing strategy to increase web-traffic and
viewer/user engagement. As a result, Just Ride LA has seen a complete return on
investment after just 1 month. A completely new and eye-catching website was
paired with a strong, customized marketing mix which included SEO, email
newsletters and social media ads, has enabled our client to sell 2.5 times more
online in the first three months. Their new website , in comparison to the old site
resulted to a complete turn-around in terms of revenue and user engagement.

IV.LA FUE Hair Clinic
➢Moved from 36th to 1st on “Los Angeles Hair Replacement” which is an
important keyword for this company. This keyword is one of the most
competitive keywords and also one of the highest conversion rates among this
keyword group. At the end of 2019, the client underwent a rebranding which
involved a change to their domain. While this typically would have a major
negative impact on the client’s rankings. We were able to mitigate losses and
retain high search ranks using an aggressive SEO strategy. We were also able to
tackle all their needs by providing them with a website refresh that would be
more attractive to their target demographic.

Budget
Attached below is our proposed budget for the services that we will be providing for this
project. We have allotted the total costing for the entirety of the project, from
commencement up to the project turnover. The cost indicated below can be further
adjusted based on the functionality of the site and the deliverables that will be carried
out during the project.
Should additional services be required that are outside of the agreed upon scope of
work, we have indicated below the pricing for recurring costs of these services, as well
as services requested post-project completion.
Payment Terms and Prepayment Requirements
50% of the proposed cost is due upon completion of the contract signing and
agreement, and before work is begun.
Of the remaining 50%, 40% shall be due and payable when the City receives the
completed materials. Payment will be processed automatically via ACH direct deposit
immediately after deliverables have been sent to the City from the account the original
payment was made from.
The remaining 10% shall be due when work is completed, or by original due date stated
above, whichever is sooner. Payment will be processed automatically via ACH direct
deposit before all the deliverables will be turned over. Payment will be made from
