Advantage LandCare is a large HOA,commercial, and residential landscape maintenance company.A
large grouping of our customers are located within the City of Bozeman. Our mission is to provide our
customers with a professional landscape maintenance service,and to exceed the expectations of our
customers.
At Advantage LandCare,we have been providing high end landscape maintenance services for parks and
large HOA's within the City of Bozeman since 2008. Our approach to these projects is to provide the
same high level of service on these properties, as we would on high end residential or commercial
properties. We do this by extensive training of our employees,as well as purchasing and maintaining
proper equipment to handle projects of this size.
We require a professional appearance from our staff,and keep our equipment in proper working order
at all times.This is done by providing uniforms to our employees, and keeping a mechanic on staff to
keep our mower blades sharpened and changed every week.They also are responsible for other
maintenance duties to keep our equipment running smoothly throughout the growing season. Safety
training for our employees,as well as proper personal protective equipment is also provided for their

At Advantage Landcare we employ 20-25 people. Following is the breakdown of those specific

The above list is the management team at Advantage Landcare. Their duties consist of
scheduling & implementation, quality control, operation and safety training, diagnosis of
disease, insects, and broadleaf weeds, and all aspects of employee management.
Alongside the management team we have a total of 6 lawn care foreman, 3 pesticide
applicators, 1 mechanic, and up to 11 skilled laborers.
Advantage Landcare has been providing services in Bozeman since 2004. We continually
educate ourselves in the landscape maintenance industry by attending training seminars &
industry expos.

Advantage LandCare has been maintaining large parks within HOA's in the City of Bozeman for
over 10 years. Those parks include Baxter Meadows (Master) Ph 1-3, Traditions, Westbrook,
Norton Ranch, Valley West, Pine Meadows, Loyal Gardens &Walton. We feel like we have a
great understanding of what it takes in order to maintain these areas. Services on these parks
have included: Mowing & Trimming, Weed Control & Fertilization, Pruning, Pre & Post Emergent
Weed Control on Trails, Tree Fertilization & Spraying, and Weekly Doggie Pot Maintenance.
Advantage LandCare keeps a staff of 25 employees including owners, managers, project
foreman, mechanic, & skilled laborers. Through the years of doing projects of this size, we have
the correct amount and size of equipment to complete the projects. This includes mowers
ranging from 21" to 72", ride on spreader sprayers, large volume hand spray equipment, and
multiple sizes of high-end hand-held equipment.
