We require a professional appearance from our staff,and keep our equipment in proper working order at all times.This is done by providing uniforms to our employees, and keeping a mechanic on staff to keep our mower blades sharpened and changed every week.They also are responsible for other maintenance duties to keep our equipment running smoothly throughout the growing season. Those parks include Baxter Meadows (Master) Ph 1-3, Traditions, Westbrook, Norton Ranch, Valley West, Pine Meadows, Loyal Gardens &Walton. We feel like we have a great understanding of what it takes in order to maintain these areas. Services on these parks have included: Mowing & Trimming, Weed Control & Fertilization, Pruning, Pre & Post Emergent Weed Control on Trails, Tree Fertilization & Spraying, and Weekly Doggie Pot Maintenance. Advantage LandCare keeps a staff of 25 employees including owners, managers, project foreman, mechanic, & skilled laborers. Through the years of doing projects of this size, we have the correct amount and size of equipment to complete the projects. This includes mowers ranging from 21" to 72", ride on spreader sprayers, large volume hand spray equipment, and multiple sizes of high-end hand-held equipment.
