Hello Marty: Thank you for taking our comments regarding the planned changes to the noise ordinance. I agree that loud and raucous noise degrades our environment and impacts the health of our community. Personally, my quality of life is impacted by construction noise. I agree with and appreciate the change to prohibiting noise exceeding 60dB(A) as measured at the property line of an immediately adjacent property emanating from a construction operation occurring between the hours of 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
