Hello Mr. Knapper,
I am writing to voice my strong opposition to the proposed canyon gate development. R5
zoning and mixed commercial use zoning does not fit with the character of this
neighborhood. This is an area of single family homes. Allowing high density housing and
commercial zoning in this area will drastically change the quality of life of those that have
chosen to build and raise their families in this area.
