Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Dear Mr. Knapper, As a concerned citizen and close neighbor to this property I implore you to listen to the commentsand concerns of our community. We understand the need and encourage the development of Bozeman. It is one of very many reasonsreasons we now call this area home. However, the proposed zoning of this particular project is extremely inconsistent with the currentzoning and feel of the immediate surrounding area. The property in question is not located in a citycenter, but a rural, low-lying residential outskirt. Not only that, the increased traffic and populationthis project proposes needs careful consideration on its impact of local communities and responsetimes of our city fire and police. Furthermore, the development footprint proposed does not meet the open space and parklandrequirements set forth in the Bozeman zoning design standards. It also will greatly impede on the free movement of the large amount of wildlife that call this area home. We strongly urge that you deny this proposed rezoning and ask the developer to revise theirapplication with consistent zoning of the surrounding areas (R-1 or R-2). Please find attached additional comments and recommendations for city application 21337. Thank you for your time and consideration! Nicholas Drewnickdrew2000@gmail.com603-438-6281
