Dear Mayor Andrus and Commissioners,
I am writing to oppose the re-zoning to commercial high density of the 20 acres on the Bridger Dr. and
Story Mill corridor. The developers have stated their intent is NOT affordable housing and would greatly
change the existing neighborhood by increasing traffic , inviting non-resident housing (second house/
condo), and eliminate wildlife corridors. Homebase partners have changed neighborhoods from low rent
and affordable housing in Bozeman to high end housing not affordable by most Bozeman residents that
maximize developer profits. Please also have Homebase partners detail plans for open space and trails that
they will pay for, not taxpayers.
