SUBJECT: CANYON GATE
As you are reviewing plans and making decisions for city planning and zoning of Canyon Gate, please take
the following into consideration:
1) Out of respect to the current homeowners who are next to the proposed Canyon Gate development,
please keep zoning and planning to single family homes and low density condo/townhomes with a limit of
40 feet to protect neighbors views.
2) As there will be an increase in traffic in our neighborhood there will be a substantial impact to parks and
trails in the Legends Development area. Please keep the current ratio of homes to open space and parks
for Canyon Gate as it is in the Legends.
3) There are no businesses located east of the intersection of Story Mill Road and Bridger Canyon Drive so
please keep it that way.
