Dear Sir or Madam,
As our community continues to rapidly grow it is more important than ever that planners carefully analyze
the crush of new developments being proposed. I have seen some terrible decisions made recently,
especially out in the county. I am writing now to specifically opposed what appears to be a very
inappropriate development at the junction of Boylan and Story Mill Road. The current makeup of
residential housing consists of single family homes and low slung townhomes. Any development here that
involves multi storied high rise apartments or condos would be horrible betrayal to the property owners
already in this area. It would make no sense to transform what is presently a pleasant environment to one
that blocks views of the mountains, drastically increases traffic and impacts the movement of the abundant
wildlife in this area. In particular, it is vital that greedy developers do not trump what is currently a pleasant
neighborhood in which to live. I urge you to deny any proposal that would develop dense high rise units in
this sector.
