Dear City Commission,
The last thing in the world Bozeman needs right now is another Andy Holloran luxury
development at Story Mill. For goodness sakes, what are you all thinking? The only type ofdevelopment the City should be approving is workforce development housing and
wildlife/environmental sustainability. We have enough fancy overpriced homes. This projectmakes absolutely no sense. The people who will purchase these condos will be out of state
buyers who will either stay in them every now and again or VRBO them for the out of stateski crowd at astronomical rates - and then you will be shelling out big bucks to pay the uber
rich to incentivize them to rent their second/third/fourth homes out to locals (like Big Skyis doing - which is nuts). Seriously, this is an obvious NO vote. Do better.
