Good morning,
I am writing to oppose the 6 story development on Villard & Wilson currently open for public
comment.
Six stories is a massive building. Bozeman has recently approved many multi-story projectsand it is having a serious impact on our city's character--changing the entire "feel" of our city.
They are imposing structures that make sidewalks feel tight and tower over neighboringhomes. They look extremely out of place and don't have the same warmth as a neighborhood
with smaller apartment developments and single family homes. Bozeman needs more middlehousing, but this isn't it.
Please do not allow this development.
