This email is in regards to the Canyon Gate proposal for re-zoning...... My wife and I live at 1290 Story Mill
Road and don't like the idea of such an extreme change to our residential neighborhood. The traffic alone
would be awful. The proposed lack of green space and wildlife zones is terrible. It is a pure grab for money
at our expense.
I thought the Bozeman City Commission just issued guidance for development in our neighborhood? This
was supposed to cover 2 decades of planning, and it took 2 WEEKS for an out of town developer to apply
for a WHOLE DIFFERENT change of use!
Don't let big money interests spoil our town! Keep our neighborhood for the people, not their profit.
