The "Canyon Gate" annexation should come into the City of Bozeman as R-1 and R-2. The land is suburban,
surrounded by single family homes to the north, east and south. The west side is Story Mill road, where
traffic frequently backs up ten car lengths at a dangerous state highway crossing.
The NE corner of Story Mill Rd and Bridger DR should not to zoned as a mixed use business. It would be a
travesty to block the view of the "M" and Bridger Mountains as you approach Bridger Canyon with a four
story commercial building. Thank you.
