I would be worried about traffic and speeds of drivers if the Canyon Gate development attaches in to streets offNorthview and Maiden Spirit.
Could it just connect on Birdie rather than running a large volume of commercial traffic through the neighborhood?It would be nice to just have pedestrian connectors to Northview and Maiden Spirit.
