This land should follow suite withLegends and be single family residential. The proposed accesses onto maiden spirit and Northview are a hugeincrease in traffic and safety concerns for our neighborhood with tons of children riding bikes freely, enjoying theneighborhood. Trying to make this part of the city into a downtown type high rise apartment/mixed commercial isnot what makes sense for this section of town. Everything around is single family lots, minus a small frontage lot onstory mill/Bridger which is the ice house, and Zekes gas station. But all of these are one story, in a central retailzone. If this passes we could see 500 possible new residences with all the traffic spilling onto Northview St which isa small residential street and not equipped for that. New traffic light would be necessary for one, but if you everpass through here, the prevalence of kids on bikes would tell you that this is not the place for a large apartmentcomplex, or retail center.> All of my neighbors are baffled why this would even be considered...> Please reject this project for anything but single family homes. Drive by the site and think for yourself what ismeant for this land before deciding, at least... Thank you for you time!> Ben Davidson> Davidson Custom Builders> 406-539-1548>> Sent from my iPhone
