Dear Sirs, I have lived here at 1405 Bridger Drive for 28 years. It breaks my heart that you are
considering 4 story buildings behind my property. We used to be flooded in the spring from
groundwater. Each neighbor would notify their neighbors to the west…to check in their northeast
corner of their basements. Since they have built all the houses behind us, we no longer are flooded.
The water table has dropped. What is going to happen if you build huge buildings behind us? We
aren’t even talking about the wildlife. Tonight I had two fawns in my backyard. A bear has been
visiting recently. A huge bull moose was in my front yard last November.
Now when I try to pull out to go to work at 8:05 or 8:10…it is a long wait. How are you going to
deal with all that traffic hitting Bridger Drive…not counting the 67 new houses being put in by the
park???
I saw someone comment about what happens if there is a fire in one of the houses in these
neighborhoods…and the train is blocking North Rouse of even stopped…which it does quite often???
We don’t need to wreck this neighborhood just to bring in more tax money. Please think about the
people who will have their property values go down, taxes go up and lose what views we have left.
These are older homes here on Bridger Drive and we are not from out of state with tons of money to
handle this.
