Concerning the Development and Re-zoning: Bridger Drive and Story Mill.
Rezone and build it up! I am not a NIMBY. More housing stock means cheaper housing in the long term.
Despite what NIMBYs say, any housing, whether luxury or affordable, will increase the housing supply and
lead to lower housing prices. All the complaints, whether its about "neighborhood character" or local
wildlife, is just a smoke screen to hide their true feelings: they don't want any more people in Bozeman.
Well, sorry, but people want to live here, and we need more places for them to live.
