Regarding annexation of 2103 Bridger Dr to the City for R-2 zoning.
1. - This property abuts Legends Alley around Richau. The routing of City Utilities to this property will be by
tapping off the easement utilities in our alley no doubt.The utility easement most probably is on the north
side of the alley. (Water, sewer, elect, gas and CATV) We should mention to the City that this is a PRIVATE
ALLEY and to encroach across it (possibly multiple times) to provide City services to the adjoining County
properties which will wish to annex has not been approved by our Board nor have the alley residents been
notified of this possibility.
2. - A question should also be raised to the Commission as to whether or not the annexed property owner
intends to construct access to the property through the Legends Alley. As far as I know we have every right
to deny access to these abutting County properties.
3.- The HOA is ask why adjoining landowners were not advised of this request, ask for plans for lot
development, lot access and request how City utilities will be brought into this property.
