H. Public Comment
This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City
Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment
relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take
action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City
Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be
respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record
and limit your comments to three minutes.

K.1424 N. Ida Avenue NCOA with Deviations Request, Application 21258 (Quasi-judicial)

Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and
all other information presented, 1 hereby find application 21258 meets the criteria required for
approval and move to approve the 424 N. Ida Avenue application to construct a single family residence
with two deviation requests from the Bozeman Municipal Code, the first from 38.320.030.0 to allow for
a 3 foot front setback where 15 feet is required and; the second from 38.540.020 to allow a 0 foot
setback for back up maneuverability where a 6 foot rear setback is required for a parking space off an
alley.
