I do not believe a mixed commercial development is an appropriate use for this piece of property given its
location. Anything other than residential development is highly irresponsible in my opinion due to the lack
of existing infrastructure, ie roads. This area is busy/congested enough; commercial business traffic will
compound this issue exponentially and have huge consequences for those already living in the area.
Existing residential neighbors surrounding this property would be negatively effected by the additional
light, noise, decreased property values, and traffic commercial development would bring. Please do not
allow this land to become rezoned and commercially developed. Thank you - Brad Deats
