Is this consistent with the current neighborhood? Does this create trafficconcerns? How does paying a fee help create the open space, views, parks and trails that the community of Bozeman values and pays a high fee/tax to maintain? Is this company that isseeking the re-zoning local to Bozeman, Montana, invested in our community? Who ultimately benefits from this project - Bozeman or HomeBase Partners? Changing the densityimpact in that area of town impacts traffic, first responders, train delays.... It seems we need to Follow the money! You have the power to make Bozeman Montana again for our community or keep granting there-zoning requests of companies like HomeBase Partners for their profit. Ask yourself and be able to honestly respond to the people of Bozeman, not the company requesting the re-zoning. We have to live with your decisions that are changing ourcommunity. Why re-zone? What is the surrounding neighborhoods zoning? Who benefits? Where is the current zoning wrong and in need of re-zoning? Is this a predictable decision for that area of town? Does the city value parks and open space more than 'Cash in lieu' or the other way around? If they care willing to pay cash instead of creating open space and parks maybe you should up the fee. Thanks for your time and consideration,Susan Atkinson
