Members of the Bozeman City Commission,
You will soon be faced with making a decision about the proposed change of zoning to allowdevelopment at Story Mill and Bridger Drive. Please, consider these questions:
-Who says we need this kind of development?-How can changing zoning be justified to the people who invested nearby based on current
zoning?-How about wildlife impacts in a major Y2Y migration corridor? Look it up, we live in a very
special and unique place. The species at risk are on a long, long list.-Where are the aesthetic police on this?
- Is there any plan for traffic impacts and emergency services?-If a cell tower isn't acceptable, how can an urban skyline be acceptable?
-Do you ever say no to Homebase Partners? Do you ever feel manipulated?
Many of us made sacrifices for the "City Core" and infill ideals which, by the way, do nothingto slow urban sprawl. Nothing. Now we see the threat of that "City Core" being dropped on an
absolutely inappropriate area of Bozeman.
