The new development proposed on Story Mill, Bridger Canyon and Boylan Roads by Homebase Montana
developers is a blatant disregard for the neighborhood of single-family homes bordering this site. Four story
buildings with business and truck traffic has no place on this property. The lack of green space in this plan
coupled with the density of dwellings is a recipe for what the majority of Montana residents do not want.
Go back to the drawing board and come up with a plan that respects nature and families. Business has no
business locating here. This proposal does not fit a proper use of edge-of-town living. Tall buildings are not
appropriate use for this field. Hundreds of new people is one thing to contend with, adding business traffic,
noise and congestion is inexcusable.
