I am writing to firmly oppose the projectt that Halloran has proposed for the Story and Bridger location as R3 and B1 . I am deeply
concerned for the what is happening to bozeman. This is a wonderful neighborhood as it is and is what makes
Bozeman unique and why people want to be here. But just becausepeople want to be here, doesnt mean we need to satisfy their needs.
We have needs in this city and county. We need more affordablehousing , not unaffordable housing, we need places that make us remain
the "last best place". We need to keep some things sacred in our town inorder to maintain"our town. We need to not sell out to developers like
Hallaran so that we can satisfiy the needs of the 1 percent. If you havenoticed places like starbucks and World Market already have cut hours
because their staff can not afford to live here. Lets take a stand as acommunity and take of those who have made this place what it is.
please make me down as a strong opposser to the Halloran project.Thank you for your time.
