In light of the fact dozens of low income people were removed from this area causing a housing shortage
for low income people in town which, in turn, caused unneeded debate about affordable housing I would
suggest at least 10% of the project be dedicated as workforce or affordable housing. The city thought this
was a good idea for prior builders and developers and, given the historical nature of the land as a place for
affordable housing to exist, I think it would be appropriate to continue that trend.
