To whom it may concern I received a notice about the Soper subdivision on South Tracy. I just wanted to make a
comment as someone who lives in the neighborhood right nearby. I’m all for it. It seems like a good idea with
Bozeman’s booming population to make it possible for more housing to be built. Subdividing the property will not
affect the neighborhood adversely. I see no reason to oppose it.
