Hi,
This is in reference to the proposed Annie Subdivision Ph 4, application 20201, public hearings
comments for the Sept 20, 2021 meeting.
I am the property owner at 2412 Snapdragon St.
My major concerns for this subdivision are the following:
1. Please do NOT cut down the trees that border the adjacent home owners properties on the northern
border of this development. These trees provide much needed shade and privacy for residents and
would make the development much nicer with keeping the mature landscaping.
2. Parking: What is the developers plan to accomodate parking with all of these units? It does not seem
like there will be enough parking to cover the needs of so many people in a small space.
