Below are the average daily trips and peak hour trips as calculated use the 8th edition of the ITE Trip
Generation Report.
Office = 11.03 ADT per 1000 sf
Manufacturing = 3.82 ADT per 1000 sf
Residential Condo = 5.81 ADT per Dwelling Unit
Office = 2,500 sf
Manufacturing – 9,419 sf
Residential Units = 13 units
Office = 2500sf/1000 x 11.03 ADT = 28 ADT
Manufacturing = 9419sf/1000 x 3.82 ADT = 36 ADT
Residential = 13 units x 5.81 ADT = 76 ADT
Total Proposed ADT = 135 ADT
Gallatin Park Subdivision Traffic Calcs
According to Appending D of the 1999 Gallatin Park Subdivision Design Report by TD&H, Gallatin Park Drive
(formerly Silverado Drive) was expected to see 4660 ADT. Twenty-nine lots within access Gallatin Park Drive,
which allows 160 trips per day per lot.
The proposed 135 ADT is less than the planned 160 ADT per the design report.
