The easement is something we pursue on our end and it is part of the process when we design the project a er the
customer agreement has been signed and project paid for.
Hope this clarifies it for you.

Nick,
A ached is an exhibit that shows the power alignment I was referring to on the phone. It includes the removal of the extra J-can
on the north corner and shows the proposed 10' PUE. Let me know if you see any issues.
Do you guys have a process to file a PUE for this lot, or do you just want us to do it and send you the easement (once an
applica on has been submi ed and contract figured out)?
Thanks for taking the me to discuss today.

Nick,
This might be easier to discuss on the phone, but is the junc on can needed on the north side? Can the line just run from the
new j-can on the west side straight to the transformer between the two northeast buildings?
Also, do you consider primary line, the line to any transformer? Finally, what size and type of conduit is needed for the power
and gas to the buildings? Since it is under the parking lot, it is good to know in case installa on ming does not work out.
Thanks,
