In regards to the proposed rezoning of Bridger Drive and Story Mill road.
I support the proposal for the R3, R5, and B-2m zoning suggestions.
Overuse of R1 zoning contributes greatly to suburban "sprawl" and providing higher density and mixed use
neighborhoods allows for a more vibrant environment that enables people to have shorter travel times to
some businesses and more affordable home options.
