Re: Development and Re-zoning: Bridger Drive and Story Mill
Please consider rejecting this proposal to re-zone and develop the intersection area of Bridger Drive and
Story Mill. Bozeman is growing and we all know that, however - there is limited growth possibilities in the
opposite direction of this (out towards the valley), and this area would be more valuable to the community
as a scenic corridor into the Bridgers, which is why so many people are moving to Bozeman these days.
Wildlife between Story Mill Hills and the Bridgers is already impacted by the newer development in the
area, and turning this into a high density residential and commercial would only damage the wildlife
corridor more. Please reject this re-zoning proposal.
