I 100% oppose the re-zoning of the 20 acres at the corner of Bridger Drive and Story Mill Road. Re-zoning
this to R-3, R-5 and B-2M is dramatically different from the current neighborhoods surrounding this
proposed development. I am not opposed to this property being developed but it should be zoned the
same as the surrounding neighborhoods, R-1 and R-2. HomeBase is all about maximum profits without
taking into consideration the impact of this development on the surrounding communities. This will have a
dramatic impact on wild life habitat, traffic, mountain views, light pollution, and increased noise levels.
Please reconsider the proposed zoning.
