How much more mixed use commercial do we need in this area? - Open space for this development proposal is below minimum standards, and designed solely for drainage. Developer plans on structuresh instead of open space and parks. - The entrance to Bridger canyon will be flanked by multi-story commercial and residential buildings rather than views of the M and Canyon. - It will increased traffic in an area with no plans for an over/underpass of the railroad tracks. - The commercial access is through residential streets. The proposed plan appears to divert traffic into quiet, family streets (One street dead ends into an alley) - again, I repeat, No consideration for the natural wildlife corridor between the story hills and Bridger Creek. Without wildlife to remind us of who we are and where we live, we become just another overcrowded city, rich with architectural infrastructure and poor in life giving meaning.
