Re. Development and Re-zoning: Bridger Drive and Story Mill.
I am opposed to the proposed re-zoning of the parcel of land to the extent that the proposed R-5
Residential Mixed-Use High Density District designation would permit structures up to 4 stories high, would
impact on the ambience of the neighborhood, particularly the nearby Bridger Creek and would permit
mixed used commercial use, which seems to be totally out of keeping with this residential area. and the
nearby Story Mill park and seems unnecessary considering the proximity to the Cannery District.
