The proposed annexing and rezoning of the corner of Bridger Drive and Story Mill is utterly out of keeping
with the current neighborhoods. There is no effort for this development to be affordable housing so it
seems clear that the aim is simply to make money for the developer and change the tenor of our
community even more. It's time for zoning and development to be limited to not increase traffic and
population density. Moreover, as we saw this summer our town is already constrained by water resources.
We don't have the capacity to create more housing and businesses. This is not the direction I or many
others want for Bozeman. We can do development in more sustainable ways.
