I want to share my opposition to the rezoning of yet another area of satisfy a developer's wish to build
more housing that is not affordable and commercial space in a non-commercial area. The willingness of
Bozeman to consider such rezoning once again makes me wonder if the city is run by its citizens or
developers and real estate companies. Does zoning or planning really make any difference if it intrudes on
our unrestrained growth?
