The preliminary lot layout is attached. We are working to submit for preliminary plat to the City of Bozeman. I have also attached photos of the existing utility line in question, located east of the existing home. As part of the new project, we would like to coordinate moving or abandoning this line. The green box that the line apparently connects with (3rd photo) is located off the subject property. Please let me know if you need more information or would like to discuss.
