Trying to meet in the middle won't be successful on either front. If we choose less costly housing, need to drastically reduce size/complexity, and increase efficiency(compact). If you could change just one thing about the substantive regulations in the Unified Development Code to promote the creation of more affordable housing, what would it be? 2. If you could change just one thing in Bozeman's development approval process to promote the creation of more affordable housing, what would it be? Contemplating these two questions before the meeting will help get us started with rich conversation right away.
